Håkan Johansson

Håkan works in close collaboration with Dahlgren Capital’s fund DCap Active Equity. He has a background as a management consultant at Cap Gemini, Bain & Company, and IBM, as well as experience as an interim executive at companies including Apoteket, Atea, and various start-ups.

He was part of the team that founded the IT and management consulting firm Acando. Håkan has extensive experience in change management and business development projects across a wide range of industries, including industrials, retail, energy, telecom, and media.

He holds a degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and has studied leadership at IMD in Switzerland. He is also a certified coach according to the IIC standard.

Håkan is the Chairman of Dcap BidCo 1 AB (publ).
