Motion Display granted short-time work allowance due to Covid-19

A hesitant market due to Covid-19 has caused Motion Display to apply for support for short-time work allowance at Tillväxtverket on April 17, according to the government’s proposal. The application has been granted.

Short-time work allowance is valid for a maximum of 6 months, with the possibility to return to normal working hours earlier. For affected employees, working hours are reduced by between 20% and 60%. Through this measure, the company reduces its labor cost by 28%.

Motion Display follows the development and the guidelines given by the authorities.
